Reflecting on the Missions Conference, I was struck by how beautifully it embodied the theme of our Classis, “One Faith, Many Faces.” It was incredible to worship alongside brothers and sisters from different churches and backgrounds, yet be united in our love for Christ and our shared desire to make God known. Despite our different stories and experiences, we gathered together with one purpose, to glorify God and join Him in His mission.
It was also encouraging to hear from leaders throughout our community of believers and to listen to the ways the Lord is working in their lives and ministries. Their stories served as a reminder that God is moving in powerful ways through His people and that we each have a part to play in His mission.
The conference was a beautiful picture of the body of Christ, many faces, many stories, and many gifts, all united by one faith. I left encouraged, challenged, and grateful to be part of a community that seeks to follow Jesus together and make Him known around the world.
