I got dressed for the day and was preparing to head out the door. Something in me said to go and change into my Bass Pro Hoodie. Without knowing why, I put my things down and went and changed. Students arrived to high school ministry and I was walking around greeting students when one student stopped me.
He said, “I like your shirt. Do you like to hunt?” We would proceed to share hunting stories for the rest of the time. I would learn through our conversation that the student came on their own because there friend who was suppose to join them had something come up.
The story of our drop-in and after school ministry has been filled with saying yes to small things and watching God use the small yes in big ways. Even something as simple as a Bass Pro Hoodie.w
