Job Opening: Discipleship Director

First Cutlerville Christian Reformed Church in Byron Center, Michigan is looking for a Discipleship Director.

The Discipleship Director is responsible for assisting the church in planning, coordinating, promoting and continuing the vision of outreach (20 hours per week).

This position requires a demonstrated ability to strengthen relationships within the congregation, connect the church with the community, raise awareness in the existing congregation of evangelistic needs in the community, and help new members integrate within the church family.

Job skills include strong communication skills, computer competency (particularly with Microsoft Office and Google Documents), ability to envision and craft policy, and maintain confidentiality. Pay rate based on qualifications and experience. Applicants do not have to attend First Cutlerville CRC.
