City Hope GR’s Night To Shine

We hold a special event called Night To Shine, as an adult prom for those impacted by disability. At the event this year a family who came last year shared the difference the event made in their sons life. They went on to say that as a result they chose to be part of what God is doing through City Hope on a regular basis. They now often worship as part of City Hope, with their son also being blessed as he serves with a heart of worship.

The parent and I shared with other guest parents about how City Hope is different than many others who might hold Night To Shine proms, because this is who City Hope is every day of the year, rather than just one time during the year. You could see the grins and encouragement as families were so deeply encouraged. In fact, one parent said, “City Hope hit it out of the park, again!”

As a church, City Hope is so grateful and blessed seeing God hit it out of the park so regularly!
