“I’m involved as a chaplain in the ministry of Racers For Christ. We have about 350 chapters nationwide. I’m the overseer for about 12 chaplains active in the state of Michigan… I have a pretty good rapport with most local racers because I used to race them…its a unique way to give back to an industry that I was involved in. When I was a youngster racing out there, a lot of my time wasn’t devoted to the church. I was raised in the church but I pulled away…but God never pulled away from me.”
