With the start of this current school year, The Dock Ministries set sail for another wonderful year of ministry to the middle and high school students of the Kelloggsville Public School District. And what a start we have had!!!! We have already had the pleasure and the privilege of seeing close to 250 students come through our door this school year! It has been hopping!
Students are enjoying our multi-faceted program options as they learn more about God, grow in their faith, and hang out with Christian mentors. At our SALT Leadership Class, students are engaging more and asking poignant, thought provoking questions spurring deep and relevant conversations. Our Dock volunteers are sharing their faith and helping students become acquainted with the Word of God. Students involved in our Teen Cuisine Cooking Class are praying aloud with other students as they sit down as a “family” to eat the meal they made together.
It is a true joy and a privilege to watch the Lord work in the hearts of these young people! He is drawing them to Himself through this ministry and many others.
