City Hope hosted Night To Shine through the Tim Tebow Foundation and we are excited to host once again this February. Night To Shine is a free adult prom for those impacted by disability. The event is only held at churches, with the goal of a joyful opportunity in caring for those often forgotten while sharing Jesus.
It was an amazing evening with 75 guests. People from City Hope and beyond were guests and volunteers. In addition to the guests, about 150 volunteers were needed and God provided! This meant there were over 225 people involved in this special event.
One of the highlights was sharing the gospel message and hearing EVERYONE cheer at the name of Jesus! City Hope is very different from the other Night To Shine locations in that this isn’t something we do one day out of the year, but rather this represents who we are every day of every week of the year. We look forward to Night To Shine again in February 2025, and are increasing the amount of guests (and volunteers) over 2024. If you’re interested in learning more please let us know.
