It was an awesome school year at The Dock Ministries! It is our highest privilege and greatest goal to partner with Him in reaching out to the students of our community. As we put our hand in His, He continues to bring seeking students our way.
Over 300 students experienced our Refuel Station this year! That equates to approximately 3,600 after-school meals served! Each week, students heard a relevant message from the Word of God, learned Bible verses, participated in countless games and activities, enjoyed good food, and developed relationships with our faithful volunteers and mentors.
One highlight of this year was having the Wyoming Police Department stop by occasionally to get to know our students. They engaged in conversation, played games, and ate a meal with our students. This was a great opportunity to build a bridge of community and a point of connection between our local law enforcement and the young people the Kelloggsville School District.
Additionally, we gave out countless Bibles this year to inquiring students who requested them. We were able to give away more Bibles this year than in the past five years combined! What an incredible privilege to place a copy of the Word of God into the hands of a young person who wants to know more about their Creator and living a life of faith!
We stand in awe of His goodness and faithfulness! He continues to grow and expand The Dock Ministries to better fit the needs of the students we serve, and we are incredibly excited about what’s ahead as we strive to know Him and make Him known.
